The Challenge
As a global company headquartered in Germany, English is vital for internal communication and between business stakeholders. Language barriers were making it difficult for many employees to carry out their daily activities with a big impact on individual career growth.
Previous training initiatives, which included traditional formats and face-to-face classes, did not meet the needs of employees whose activities change on a daily basis, and traditional group classes did not easily adapt to different schedules and personal routines.
