Dale Cook Joins Voxy

We are happy to welcome, Dale Cook, Chief Technology Officer, to the team Voxy-style!

Cook will join Voxy’s Senior Team, managing and delivering technological solutions for the company as it continues to grow.

Professional Background
25+ years in the tech industry with the last 18 in the San Francisco start-up scene. Most recently I spent 4 years at Kabam. When I joined we were 20 people, it’s now a $1B+ company with 7 offices worldwide. I really love going through the explosive growth stage of a company, just like Voxy is about to experience. It’s an amazing period in a company’s life and I’m really looking forward to its challenges.

Why Voxy
Voxy presents an amazing two- fold opportunity for me. First, working with some incredibly talented and committed people is the cornerstone of any successful organization. And secondly, the fact that Voxy provides a service that will really change people’s lives for the better. It’s something that I’m very proud to tell people about and that makes it all worthwhile.

Favorite Food!
There are just too many to options here but I will say I will eat ALL the ice cream. ALL the ice cream.

Other Interests / Experience
While living in SF we made wine and I’m a certified sommelier. My wife and I are big art collectors, mostly photography but recently we’ve been branching out a little into drawing and painting. I love the NY art galleries and museums. We spend a lot of time going to theater, dance, ballet and occasionally the opera. I’m an amateur DJ, mostly house and techno, and also do a little music production.

Interesting Fact
I really enjoy cartoons.

Again, welcome to the team Dale!
