How SENCE works with Voxy

Voxy is a SENCE-accredited OTEC, which means we deliver the training, register your learners, manage connection logs and the Declaración Jurada on the SENCE platform, and prepare every record the system requires. Your team studies; we handle the SENCE side.

As your OTEC, Voxy provides the Sence code, defines registration dates with you, and tracks each learner’s connection on the SENCE platform (one login per learner, the activity SENCE requires). After enrollment closes, we file the Declaración Jurada and issue compliance reports and invoices within the 60-day window. Whether your company works directly with SENCE or through an OTIC, the documentation is ready.
