Voxy Command Center includes rich analytics to track learner engagement, benchmark progress and quantify business impact and economic returns on English language skills
“Effective language learning for the enterprise starts with data-driven decision making. It’s about meeting learners where they are: personalizing programs to shore up problem areas, and supporting content that relates to an employee’s role and function,” said Paul Gollash, Chief Executive Officer of Voxy. “We’ve translated powerful analytics into an intuitive platform that gives business leaders a real-time understanding of language skills gaps and insights into what’s working so they can design programs that make a quantifiable impact.”
The Command Center includes a Learner Management Portal, where administrators can create and modify learner accounts, as well as search and filter learner data by attributes that are specific to their organization. Learner Profile reports enable managers to understand and track an employee’s strengths and weaknesses over time using data visualizations that map skill development in critical areas including vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
“Voxy enables us to manage training programs, while also accessing detailed information about each learner’s progress and performance,” said Hugo Sancén, Benefits Manager for Becalos – Fundación Televisa, a scholarship foundation based in Mexico City that has been piloting the new tools for three months. “Equipped with Voxy data, we knew precisely how to motivate a diverse group of students and improve their proficiency.”
The Command Center is now available to all Voxy customers. For more information, please visit www.voxy.com.
